少し、考えるコトに疲れたので・・・・・・気軽に閑話休題。
この業界にお世話になり、かれこれ２７年近くになる、時はバブル全盛期。
仕事をどう断るか・・・という頃。
若かりし頃、すべてのコトが新鮮で、おもろかった。
若いのに、いろんな責任ある仕事を任されていた気がする。
手さぐりだったけれども、みんなで作り上げていたような気がする。
クライアントも、代理店の担当も、制作スタッフも、司会のお姉さんも、コンパニオンも
みな、それぞれに誇りを持って創っていた。
そして、今
決して回顧録を書くつもりはなく、あの頃から培われてたノウハウをどのように、継承していくか・・・・
同じ業界の社長のお話。
「このDNAをどう伝えていくか・・・・・」
当然時代とともに、やり方、進め方は変わっていくのは当たり前。
ただ、イベント業界の脈々と続いているこのDNAを、イイ意味で継承していきたいものだ・・・・
