少し、揺れながら、北陸の田園風景の中を西に向かってます。
思えば、台風とともに、現場に入り、豪雨そして灼熱の太陽の中、4日間の本番が無事に終了しました。
屋外イベントは、
その気象状況で臨機応変な対応が求められます。
風の強さ、暑さ、雨などなど。
今回は、日々その変化が激しく、スタッフの体調管理も大変でした。
そして、当然、そんな変化する状況で来場するお客さんも増えたり、減ったり・・・・
想定外のことがある中で、よりベターな方法を考える。
プログラムの変更、追加、修正など、できるだけ状況に合わせた対応が必要となります。
お弁当の管理も大切な要素の一つです。
お昼に食べられるとは限らないスタッフのために、しっかりと管理も必要ですし、
暑い中、熱中症など、スタッフへの配慮も大切です。
そんな、日々変化する状況に対応しつつ、より良いイベントを創っていけたら、本当にスタッフ間の連帯感、一体感が生まれてきます。
残念ながら、一体感が生まれてきた頃に、イベントが終了します。
屋外イベントは、大変ですが、またそれが妙味とも言えます。
